Notes (dose, ratio, roast level, tasting notes)
Hand grinder with a 40mm conical burr, adjustment via a stepped click collar at the base (no numbers printed — count clicks from fully closed = 0). One full rotation is 12 clicks. The MK4's Nitro Blade burr runs slightly coarser than older Red Clix burrs at the same click count, so treat these as a starting point and adjust from your first cup.
